Water cooled 63 hp Rotex engine: Elect start: instruments include:
Airspeed, Altimeter, Dual CHT, Dual EGT, Tac and water temp.
New wheels w/brakes, ground adjust warp drive prop, and wing tanks.
Rigid RCI seat, upgraded Jesus bracket, lowered engine mounts, BRS chute (out of date).
Also the tail surfaces have been changed to "Stits fabric" and has wing tip lights.
In GREAT shape and is located in the Houston, TX area.

Kitfox III, N991RK, built by Ron Kitchen in 1992 in Nevada.
Hangared and flown there since for 601 hours (as of May ’08).
Light Sport qualified with MGW of 1050 lbs. With an empty weight of 567 lbs,
“Foxy” has enough useful load for 2 full-sized adults and full fuel (12 gallon wing tanks).
Fuel burn at economy cruise (approximately 75-80 MPH indicated) is less than 3 GPH.
Foxy has been well cared for and has a new 600-hour engine inspection
on her Rotax 912 (1200 hour TBO). All applicable ADs and SBs have
been complied with, and she comes complete with records, engine and
airframe manuals/documentation, etc. Instruments and avionics are
basic but adequate for either local or XC fun flying
Recent Condition Inspection by previous owner (AI) @ 593 hours on 1
November 2007. New side “Observer” windows, tires replaced,
fabric repair, and general clean up since then.
Owner has acquired part ownership of a Diamond C1, and offers Foxy
@ $20,000 which includes a belly cargo carrier, ground trailering hitch,
and miscellaneous support items. Checkout included by owner/CFI if needed.
